It’s not long until the Three Pieces installation will open in the Palm House of the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh as part of Dialogues of Wind and Bamboo. We’ll start installing the instruments in the Palm House from June 10th and the installation will be open to the public for at least two weeks from June 14th (for free). Come along and see plants play traditional chinese instruments by way of bamboo robots, and influence the composition yourselves…
On June 21st, there will be a range of performances as part of Dialogues of Wind and Bamboo, culminating in a performance by FOUND in the Palm House, and Ziggy and Simon from Found Electronics will be present for a question and answer session with the public at some point during the installation (TBA).
